Atlantic Palace Resort

I own and didn’t like it has changed so drastically. We walked to our room and towels on the floor, every night neighbors were just too noisy the ice machine area, the garbage area and linen shoot area was always dirty I’m not happy about the directions of this place the room had a chair where all the fake leather was peeling off and we had to get sheets to cover it. Some of the workers were just not professional BUT THEY ALL WAS NICE!!!

Rooms were clean but that's about it. A.C was in and out. Room would frequently smell like marijuana because vents are connected throughout the floor. Had to ask for pretty much everything down to toilet paper. Beds were tolerable, but constant noise from elevator and other guests made it impossible to sleep. The only plus I can think of was location.

Ice machine was broken everyday on all 3 floors. You wait over 10 Mins for the ONLY three working elevators. Workers are not nice. Rude. They also hold up every elevator.. If I could have given 0/5 stars I would have. The view from the 19th floor was the ONLY PRO. Rest were cons. Oh and the pool is sooo small and filled with kids our ac went out on night two. Woke up it was 77 degrees. Maintenance lady came and fixed it within 10 minutes thankfully Oh and it’s suspect so don’t walk on streets that are not the boardwalk. I should have trusted others reviews
