Atlantic Parkhotel

I can't express enough how great our stay was at this hotel. My son uses a manual wheelchair. He doesn't stand or walk. We showed up and there are stairs getting inside and a few stairs to get to the lift. Every single person from the front desk to the waiters jumped in to help get him up the stairs! They were the friendliest and most helpful people. The hotel is lovely and our room had a balcony with a beautiful view. They brought our breakfast to our room so we could eat on our balcony. The location was perfect as we could walk/roll to everything. Some shop owners even had portable ramps they put out for him to enter. We had the best time, when it could have been a problem. The staff are excellent!! Breakfast was very good, too. All locally sourced and fresh. I had a great Mother's Day weekend 🥰 with my son.

A great place to stay in the middle of Baden Baden. Old school flare with a great breakfast. The old negative is that there is no bar open in the evening or restaurant. This is not a massive problem as there are plenty close by.

Overall, the 8 days we spent here were pleasant. There were a few hiccups initially — the first room we were given was in a rather mysterious location (I say this jokingly). The door got stuck, and we couldn’t reach the reception by phone. However, once we reported the issue, the manager was extremely attentive. They promptly resolved the situation and moved us to a much better room, for which I’m truly grateful. We hadn’t booked breakfast in advance, and I’m glad we didn’t. After one attempt, we found the breakfast service lacking, so we chose to eat at a nearby café for the rest of our stay. That said, I wouldn’t say I’m dissatisfied — we still had a pleasant and welcoming stay. The location is excellent, just a 7–8 minute walk from the Caracalla Spa, or only a few minutes by car for those who prefer driving directly from the parking area. I believe that our overall satisfaction was largely thanks to the male manager’s many years of experience and his genuinely attentive attitude. Big thanks to him! 😎✨🙏🏽
