This is a very Beautiful place if you looking to just get away and relax definitely check them out. The service was so good every staff member was friendly and helpful. The Food was so so good.
Badly run 'mom and pop'. Not a boutique hotel. READ THE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND FACEBOOK BEFORE YOU BOOK HERE. What a horrid experience. Dirty dirty and dilapidated room. When I arrived no-one knew of my booking. When they did find me, I was told my booking cannot be honoured in full as the room I was supposed to be in needs a toilet fixed. They forgot to phone me. I put leave in and made special arrangements..... how can you justify not warning a customer and halving their stay. Plus.... grubby room.... dirty. Would not eat here for health reasons. Manager's attitude to me was I can leave if I find it so dirty.... wow. I took pictures for proof. NOT RECOMMEND.... put your hard earned money elsewhere.
Shocking! No other words really. The room was grubby, tacky and smelt bad. We booked a promotion and upon arriving in the room I was so disappointed. A girl's get-away turned into us having to cancel it as there was no way we were staying there! After making the booking and paying we were informed that we weren't allowed alcohol on the premises. I asked to cancel as that didn't suit us, being a girl's get-away - denied! (This was immediately after paying and receiving the confirmation!) We thought we'd make the most of it and since we were then permitted to have wine in the room we were happy with that, but the room was just gross!!! I don't live in that at home so why on earth would I want to pay to stay in such a gross place?! We had dinner plans shortly after arriving and since we hadn't all arrived at the accommodation we left to meet friends. At dinner I just couldn't bear the thought of going back there so I left half-way through dinner to collect bags and advised the owner we just couldn't sleep there. I requested a refund, since we hadn't stayed, used anything or even sat on a chair/bed - denied! I've given her ample opportunity to resolve this matter, but to no avail. I'm now left only with warning others of what they're in for. Go at your own peril!
