A Truly Unforgettable 7-Day Getaway Our recent stay at TUI BLUE Atlantica Aegean Park was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a dream - one filled with beautifully maintained surroundings, stylish and comfortable rooms, and thoughtful details that made every part of our holiday feel special. The resort struck the perfect balance between luxury, relaxation, and family fun. The reception staff set the tone for our entire stay. Always friendly, highly professional, and ready to assist with any question, they created a truly welcoming environment. A special mention goes to Foteini, the reservations manager, whose warmth and kindness stood out. She made a wonderful impression on our daughter, who still speaks fondly of her. The reception team truly made us feel like valued guests from the very first second. As someone with severe food allergies, dining out can often be a stressful experience. However, at the main restaurant, those worries quickly vanished thanks to the incredible support and care provided by the kitchen team, especially Sous Chef Kostas. Sous Chef Kostas went above and beyond, ensuring that every staff member understood how to safely prepare my meals. Both he and Chef Angelos, along with the entire kitchen team, showed exceptional professionalism and genuine concern for my wellbeing. It was the first time I’ve experienced such thoughtful and personalized care, and I’ll never forget it. Our daughter even continues to talk about Kostas, a sign of the positive impact he made on our family. The servers were equally fantastic, kind, cheerful, and always attentive. We felt reassured even when our daughter played near the stage, as the staff kept a watchful eye to ensure the kids’ safety. Their kind words and little compliments made her feel at ease and welcome. You could see that this was more than a job for them, they genuinely cared. A heartfelt thank you to Chrisa, Christos, Anna, Vangelis, Tsabika, Rena, and all the other wonderful team members whose names we may have forgotten, your warmth and dedication made a lasting impression. At the lobby bar, we were again impressed by the high level of professionalism. Dimitra was particularly kind and attentive, ensuring that all drinks were safely prepared in light of my allergies. The staff even took time to learn the proper way to make our drinks to avoid any issues – a small but incredibly meaningful gesture that made a big difference. The TUI team brought an infectious energy to the resort, especially for the children. From pool games to evening shows, they kept the atmosphere vibrant and engaging for both kids and adults. One standout was Clavin from the entertainment team, who was seemingly everywhere, always full of enthusiasm, joining in with the kids, dancing, and making sure everyone was having a great time, even outside of his scheduled hours. His dedication didn’t go unnoticed and added something truly special to our stay. If you’re considering a stay at TUI BLUE Atlantica Aegean Park, expect to be welcomed by people who genuinely care about your experience. Their attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism created a relaxed, fun, and memorable holiday for our entire family. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff who made this week so special. A really nice place to vacation. The location is great at the foot of a small mountain near the sea. The reception staff were friendly and service-minded. The cleaners and other staff in the area were friendly. The food was good and varied and the restaurant staff were friendly. The hotel area was clean and well-maintained. There were enough sun loungers in the pool area. Our apartment with the shared swimming pool was cozy and private enough. As a small note, the apartment we used could probably use a little updating. Thanks to the entire hotel staff for helping make our vacation a success!

Had a stay in a premium swim up room for 14 days. It was the worst vacation I ever had. Book via TUI, their services were so bad. Their take on kids is awful, the minidisco is on the soccer field and not at the stage, but they can deliver 2 guides and a boombox.... Bamses birthday party is rated from 3+ and yet they expect a 3 year old to be alone from 17:30-20:30? The beach is not for small kids either, it's very deep waters right away. They say it's 10 euro for sunbed, but it was 25. The 10 euro is until may.
