We spent a family vacation at Atlantica Akti Zeus with our two young daughters and had a really nice time. The all-inclusive food was good with a lots of variety, and the snack bar was convenient and kid-friendly. The pools and water park were definitely a highlight—lots of fun for the kids and a good way to spend the day without leaving the hotel. The hotel was clean and well-kept, and there were plenty of activities available throughout the day. The staff were polite and helpful, and overall the atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly. One of the best parts was the private beach, just two steps away—beautiful and perfect for relaxing or letting the kids play in the sand. All in all, it was a fun and easygoing vacation. A great choice for families looking for a comfortable and top notch all-inclusive stay in Crete.
Great hotel, friendly service. Clean rooms, close to the sea. Delicious dinners in the restaurants, different every day! One big minus is the car rental service on-site; the fleet is a real mess compared to other rental companies! We received an old car with no brakes, different from the one we agreed on the day before! It's better to book a car a few streets away from the hotel.
In a very industrial area. Dated. Overpriced. "All Inclusive" doesn't include all the cocktails that a normal person would drink. The slides have a minimum age of 8 which isn't advertised, so my 5 yo daughter was very upset when she wasn't allowed on anything at the Splash World. The people were lovely but I won't be going back
