We had an unforgettable 5-day stay in a duplex room with a swim-up pool on the Residential side. From the very first moment, the welcome was warm and genuine, setting the tone for the whole trip. The staff are truly exceptional: always kind, helpful, and smiling. The food is absolutely delicious, with a huge variety to suit every taste. The main pool is impressively large, and the sea is just stunning. A little tip: grab your sunbed early in the morning, as they fill up quickly. Our personal highlight was enjoying the swim-up pool at sunrise and again in the late afternoon: it’s pure bliss! We had one small issue, the air conditioning stopped working, but the team handled it swiftly and professionally: problem solved in no time. A note for Turkish guests: Laura in the dining hall can speak Turkish and made us feel extra welcome every evening with her kind smile and thoughtful assistance. We loved every single moment here and can’t wait to come back next year!

We have just returned from a 4 day break at this beautiful hotel. We arrived late at night to be greeted with a free upgrade to a beach front swim up room which we were driven to on a little cart with our luggage. Woke up to see a magnificent view of the sea and a beautiful terrace with our swim up pool. The service was top notch especially in the restaurant. The room was kept clean and super comfortable with great AC which we needed due to a heatwave. The food was good - my only criticism was the main course choices were often a little overcooked and as other guests have commented, not much freshly grilled meat which you usually get in such a restaurant. The desserts however were the best I’ve ever had - so well presented!!! Drinks prices were ok and the cocktails were nice. Lovely places to sit and admire the view at night. We had a relaxing time and heartily recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rhodes. The place is very beautiful and extremely clean. During the week I was there, they replaced the sunbeds in the adults-only pool area, and they were absolutely lovely and very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is to post the weekly activities schedule on a sheet in the adults-only reception area. At the moment, it’s only available at the main hotel or online. It would be great if guests staying in the adults-only hotel also had easy access to this information. Unfortunately, I missed several yoga classes because I didn’t know the times and locations. Overall, thank you very much for everything – I really enjoyed my stay!
