Best holiday we ever had! All four of us all still agree it was our favourite holiday a year on, after returning from another holiday this year! Food; excellent selection of local Greek food and International food! Breakfast lunch and dinner all great and the side bars with snacks and sweet treats were a great addition! Kids section for kid specific foods. Slightly poor management of the queue to get in but excellent other than that. Drinks; lots of options and plenty of staff so not waiting around. Entertainment - Seriously amazing day and evening entertainment. One of the best things about the hotel! Also had tennis courts, climbing equipment and football courts! Location. Super close to the airport so no long journey. Walking distance to local town with bars, shops and restaurants. Also in the other direction it’s walkable to an amazing water park with no queues on massive slides and rides. We have always been a family that’s gone new places but best year will be the first time we return to to a county and hotel! We can’t wait

Managers and staff gave us an amazingly warm welcome, and the service continued the whole stay. Staff always smiling and willing to help. Rooms were so modern and had everything i could need. I was able to request an iron from reception with no fuss at all. The food served, from breakfast, lunch, dinner, & snacks, were absolutely delicious. You can definitely tell how fresh the food was. Activities and facilities available on resort were very engaging and there was fun for guests of all ages and backgrounds. Highly recommend this hotel for literally every customer type. There is always something here for you, from family friendly entertainment, to excursions and vehicle hire to explore the the whole island, i loved my holiday here.

Overall the hotel was fine. I could give 5 star if the rooms would be clean and food would taste better. Food is average, because even though there are many options most of the option was not tasty enough. Nice thing is there are always safe options such as grills or potato chips. We had high expectation for the greek a la carte restaurant but the food taste was a disappointment. The rice was not fresh as well as mezes, the meet was smelly. Ouzo was low quality. Overall beverages also was not good, low quality and watery beer. The good thing about food section is kids buffet in the main restaurant, my son was able to prepare his own plate, and got his own ice cream, I love the idea! kids club was nice. You can find an activity constantly. I have to say I just don’t like how Holiday Village divides their own guests with Tui’s guests in the activities. We left out many times because we are not HV guests. Room cleaning was very bad. Bathroom was very smelly as it was not clean enough. We saw huge cockroach in the room. One important good thing is: The sea was amazing!!! Also hotel is very close to the nice town, which we walked every morning to had a nice coffee ☕️ because hotel only offers instant coffee not the bean coffee.
