Atlantica Sancta Napa Resort

From the moment we arrived the concierge came and bought our luggage into the reception which was stunning, booked in quickly and told welcome drinks were waiting at the outside bar for us with sandwiches as we were a late evening check in. Our luggage was safe at reception, my sister lost her purse on the transfer coach and reception did all they could ringing people trying to locate it(which they did). Rooms were perfect, towels changed every day and room cleaned.pool areas clean and someone was constantly clearing empty glasses away but in a non intrusive way. Staff extremely friendly helpful and accommodating . Roof top meal was exceptional, each mouthful was an explosion of flavours, very attentive staff indeed. Lunch dinner and breakfast for an all inclusive was top notch, everything you could wish for was available and fresh. Location was perfect, close enough to beach, 5 minutes walk, bars and shops 10 minutes walk away. Simply perfect. Couldn't believe how lucky we three sister were to be at such an outstanding hotel. Nothing at all to complain about.

The hotel deserves an award for the best service in the world! Every single person—from the receptionists, bartenders, restaurant staff, pool lifeguard, to the entertainment team—was incredibly friendly. Always smiling, they frequently initiated conversations and were always helpful. I’ve never encountered such a welcoming hotel, which makes you feel not like an ordinary guest, but like someone visiting family. The food was very tasty and highly varied. The only downside was the children's buffet, which was quite limited (nuggets and fries with corn every day, and pizza for lunch). It lacked options like pasta with tomato sauce, chicken stew, or other vegetables. The rooms were neat, clean, and left nothing to complain about. Without a doubt, the biggest advantage of this hotel is its warm and friendly staff. It’s the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to come back!

Excellent service!!! They all paid great attention to detail and we met some amazing waiters and bar staff. The front desk and management were also super friendly and helpful. The food was amazing! The new rooms were beautiful and zen style. The beach was beautiful! Thank you all for making it such a great holiday!
