The hotel's location and views are amazing. Very friendly and service minded staff. The buffet dishes have everything combining variety and quality even for the most demanding people. The hotel manager is visible everywhere asking the guests if they have a good time. All in all we had a great time and we will return back again.
We stayed for my brother's wedding, and on the most part had a lovely stay. The receptions staff attitude / demeanor on arrival was poor and unwelcoming but otherwise the maids were lovely with our little girl and always left the room spotless. The restaurant food gets very boring after a few days but it is good, just repetitive. The waiters were good with us and the bar staff were always worked off their feet and busy. The location is fantastic and the pools are great but fair warning there is serious competition for beds at the family pool and beds have towels down reserving them, with them tending to run out by 7.30am at the latest. The sea views are amazing and some great photo opportunities. Overall would stay again but would probably go half board if it was possible.
The hotel has a nice view, very relaxing but unfortunately it gets boring after a while when you don't have any activity around the pool. There are two different pool areas, one for more family oriented and one if you want a quiet environment. There was hardly any difference between these pools. We paid for all inclusive and after 6pm when the pool bar closes outside, the bar opens inside and then a lot of alcoholic drinks cost money on their menu. Which is bad because you have paid a large amount to be able to drink as much as you want. They close the pool bar too early. When you want other drinks at lunch or during the day you have to wait for service or ask at the bar, instead of getting them yourself. I would have preferred to get them yourself because you have to wait so long before you get your drink. The drinks are like water. The staff are equally stressed and busy. The staff are generally kind. Poor information at the reception upon arrival.
