Atlantica Sungarden Park

Our stay at this hotel was simply a dream. The food, in particular, was outstanding. Every dish was a culinary experience, freshly and lovingly prepared, with excellent flavor and quality. We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the best chef in the world. His warm and exceptionally hospitable nature is something we will never forget. You can truly taste the passion behind the cooking. Everything is fresh, beautifully presented with great attention to detail, and consistently delicious. We would also like to highlight the exceptional friendliness of the entire staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, we were always greeted with a smile and felt completely welcomed and well cared for. The location of the hotel is excellent. Just a few steps from the beach, a small supermarket around the corner, and a beautiful chapel by the sea that invites you to pause and reflect. The peaceful surroundings contributed greatly to our relaxation and are ideal for anyone looking to escape everyday life. One small but important point of criticism: during meals, care should be taken not to seat families with small children directly in the main walkway. Unfortunately, there were several instances where servers or other guests accidentally bumped into the chairs. Luckily, nothing serious happened, but the children were startled and began to cry. This potentially dangerous situation could easily be avoided with a more thoughtful seating arrangement and a bit more attentiveness from the staff. Overall, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable and we will definitely be coming back, especially because of the warmest and most wonderful chef in the world. THANK YOU

Nice hotel and well finished room (swim up room) all inclusive basis. Food selection was varied as per expected. Booked for the Italian restaurant which was worth it, need to book via electronic console in reception area. Staff are friendly and efficient. Pool / snack bars are good with a good selection of food and drink available throughout most of the day. Downside is the location as the nearest beach is rocky which are slippery under foot getting into the water. Nissi beach is worth a visit which is 30ish minutes walk away or you can catch bus 102 for €1.50

I stayed at this hotel with the hope of having a peaceful and relaxing holiday, but unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. From the very beginning of my stay, I was disturbed by extremely loud construction noise — drilling that started around 8 AM 3 days in the morning right next to my room. I had to complain to reception almost every day, and it’s beyond disappointing that this issue continued. When you’re on holiday, you expect rest and quiet, not to be woken up by building work. One of the most upsetting incidents happened when I politely asked a cleaning staff member for towels. Her reaction was shockingly rude and aggressive. This confrontation occurred near my room, so reception didn’t witness it directly, but when I reported it, the cleaning lady followed me to reception and continued shouting there. Only after I explained that I am pregnant did the reception staff apologize — but by then, the damage was already done. The stress and anxiety this caused were unacceptable. No guest should ever be treated like that. There were also smaller but frustrating issues — for instance, I only drink sparkling water, and even a simple request at the bar felt like too much trouble, which is disappointing given the high cost of the stay. Lastly, the quality of the food was poor and not what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. In short, I strongly do not recommend this hotel. My stay was stressful, upsetting, and far from the relaxing experience I had hoped for.
