Atlantica Thalassa Hotel All Inclusive

We’ve just returned from a fantastic 7 day holiday at The Atlantica Thalassa, what an amazing time we had. The hotel is immaculate, the staff are all wonderful and extremely helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was fantastic at every sitting, there was something for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the themed nights, the Mexican night was superb. My kids loved the poolside bar snacks and salad bar. Having a daily Gyros 🥙 The entertainment team were fantastic, always happy and keeping the children entertained with their fun packed activity program. There was lots to choose from…Football, volleyball, table tennis, darts, dancing, aqua aerobics and the kids club. The rooms were cleaned every day and were very modern. The beds were the comfiest we have ever had. The beach is located over the road and the bus stop to Kos is right outside the hotel. The bus stop a bit further up the road outside the blue lagoon hotel operates a free bus service to the water park. We loved the sunsets on an evening whilst sat at the outdoor terrace enjoying drinks and the evening entertainment. We will certainly be returning 😊

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the entertainment team. Everyone was a credit to this hotel. The girls behind the bar deserve massive credit for dealing with all nationalities. There was no heavy drinking at this hotel and it felt so family friendly. My only advise is to improve the vegetarian selections. Yes they made some effort, but at times it felt like a second thought. Pizzas are lovely though. secondly they need to improve the children's section. Thank you to everyone at this hotel we had a lovely time. Recommended it to all my friends and family.

The hotel itself is nice, rooms aren’t the biggest but to be expected. It has what you need, aircon/fridge wardrobe and they’re pretty clean (apart from the ants but can’t really be helped). Biggest let down is the food- honestly just started skipping meals or going out because it’s just not nice if I’m honest. Not a single meal I sat there and thought that was lovely. Pool is a decent size and not too busy but busy enough. Sunbeds are horrendous and nearly gave myself concussion about 10 times a day because of the poor quality. Staff and locals however, are absolutely lovely and were a delight to be around. Convenient mini mart downstairs to get all necessities for your room. The hotel isn’t massively close to anything so we got around via scooters mostly but of course you can get a cab (make sure to book through hotel the apps charge a €36 minimum). Overall, nice place, probably wouldn’t choose to come back but I wouldn’t say avoid at all costs, just be prepared to be let down by the food. I would also say, it looks a lot nicer and modern online but think this is the case wherever you go.
