Absolutely Horrible – Worst Hotel Experience Ever Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. From the moment I walked in, it was pure chaos. People were literally queuing in the lobby for hours just to check in because the process was so slow and disorganized. The staff? Completely unfriendly, unprofessional, and shockingly rude. Instead of helping guests, the staff were busy arguing with people—yes, full-blown fights at the front desk. Guests were frustrated and understandably upset, but instead of resolving issues, the staff made everything worse with their bad attitude and total lack of hospitality. Once I finally got a room, it was disgusting—dusty surfaces, stained bedding, and a bathroom that smelled and looked like it hadn’t been touched in days. Not a single sign of cleanliness or care. Every request, from a simple towel to basic directions, was met with eye rolls or ignored entirely. It honestly felt like the staff went out of their way to make guests feel unwelcome. If you’re thinking about booking here, don’t. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. This hotel is a complete disaster and should be avoided at all costs

Not worth 4 stars – very disappointing This hotel is far below a 4-star standard. The infrastructure is broken and often dirty, with mold visible in several areas – especially in the bathroom. The shower was unhygienic, and the toilet wouldn’t stop running. Street-facing rooms are extremely noisy due to the busy avenue - even with windows closed. Check-in took over 30 minutes despite having submitted all details in advance, and everything was handled on paper. Wi-Fi only worked occasionally. Unfortunately, absolutely not recommended.

Ith HOROR ! No water at all Hotel for days, they lie about coming in new minutes ... The rooms are pre-historic, 0 clean, the service is disapointing bad, wverybody lie. Only the location is poor good. Dot event book if its last option
