Best customer service , hotel need some update but the staff from front desk to security guard are amazing , warm N great hospitality, very impressed , they took great care of our requests fast n professional .

This is not a hotel it’s a swamp This is the most disgusting place I have ever been to, if I could give them 0 starts I would they don’t pick up the phone the place is filthy and old nothing works no air conditioner no towels and no breakfast I was supposed to stay there for two night I called it quits in 6 hours The staff was friendly the view i great but as a hotel the roadway motels are way better this is not a 4star hotel it’s a 0 at best. I’m not the kind to complain but it was that bad I wouldn’t recommend it to any one

Absolute trash hotel. Charged us way too much on breakfast in £s. The breakfast was less than basic and not many options. It wasn’t even set up when we went in mornings. The receptionist was really rude and when didn’t want to listen to what we said pretending they didn’t understand English. When we met the manager she said they didn’t do refunds as against policy and when I asked to see policy they said they didn’t have one ... what hotel/business doesn’t have a policy ? 🥴 Also why lie ?? They would also talk an stare rudely everytime they would see us. No room service at hotel. Shower was broken in the rooms . Rooms weren’t near enough clean. Hotel is not even worth one star . Absolutely trash and the employees all try to con you . Wouldn’t recommend at all.
