staying here right now and we decided to extend our stay for a few days! such an amazing hotel, i love that all the rooms are next to the elevator so you don’t have to make the usual 10 minute walk to exit the hotel from your room. the breakfast is so nice and the place is super clean. reception is very kind and professional and so helpful with luggage and everything else. definitely staying here again, and for now loving every minute of it
It's a nice place. Friendly. Rooms are comfortable but could use a little love. I found it hard to sit at the desk as the layout was a bit cramped (definitely some kind of design flaw with the bed, the chair, the unnecessary kettle/tea making equipment all crammed in together) Breakfast is included. And technically there's a bar but only if you are drinking bottles... The area is great near Vake Park and within easy reach of some shops and a few eateries. So a good spot. Will be back.
Worst customer experience.. extremely rude staff.. I need an apology from the staff and the receptionist for keeping me outside the hotel for an hour in extreme cold while they were enjoying their lunch and had locked all entrances so guests cannot enter.. worst staff in all of my experiences across the world.. I can share the names too if you want.. but appreciate an action here!!!
