Lovely hotel with amazing bars, the cocktails at the indoor bar were awesome! Service was friendly and helpful, and the whole place had a lovely atmosphere. WiFi was a bit spotty but that was likely due to the amount of people using it. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Absolutely no problems with hotel or room. Nice clean and spacious. Thr breakfast was worthless. Upon checkout staff told me I owed $67 in taxes. I explained that I paid $100 us dollars on arrival. I had an additional person and paid the taxes. Took about 20 minutes to checkout. I did not appreciate the initial attendant not leaving a note or a receipt. I don't need to be accused of nonpayment at 3am.

We stayed 2 nights there as part of Insight tour. The hotel was total disappointment. It was a very warm day. Our room on the second floor was facing west and were getting very hot. We opened the door to the balcony and it was extremely noisy due to the traffic on adjacent street. However AC was turned off and we were forced to endure the noise during our stay. The room was a decent size but the bed linen was old and shabby, pillows small and uncomfortable. There was a gap between shower enclosure and the tub- resulting in flooding the floor every time we took shower. Fancy lobby but terrible room deserving less than 2 stars.
