The laundry lady ruined 5 of our white clothes.3 Peruvian jersey and one Peruvian track suit .It's obvious that they washed it with red color clothes and hot water. I'm more mad because they don't want to take the fault. They want to blame umbro. They say they didn't make a mistake and they followed directions. I have washed my other umbro shirt multiple times and this has never happened. I'm upset they don't want to help us out. I really wanted to leave a good review but now I can't. Don't let them wash your clothes. The good thing is that the maneger took responsibility and said sorry . That's all I wanted thank you so much :)
It's a cheap resort with a large park like setup. There are multiple buildings with 4 levels and no elevators. Rooms are old and not very clean. We also wanted something close to the airport and it is more than 30 minutes away.
DO NOT trust any comments here. They text people on WahtsApp randomly and ask them to give 5 stars in exchange for money. Total scam.
