I have enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is perfectly located, near beaches, malls and restos. It is clean, the breakfast is good and the staff is very kind. If I had to go back to Santos I definitely would stay there again.
The hotel is very good with a very friendly and helpful staff. They also speak English, which was very helpful for us (we don't t know portugese well) . The location is good with walking distance to the beach. They also offer you a place to keep (free) your luggage, in case you have checked out your room and need to keep your luggage somewhere while you tour the city around.
Good hotel. Enough with everything necessary. There is a good bad a good shower enough space for one person. The location is also a good point close to shopping and close to the beach. The breakfast is not so proud but they have fruits they have juice scrambled eggs bread butter everything is necessary for 2 days the only thing is the air conditioner in the room it's not that good not so cool that should be. A place so close to the beach is very hard and the air conditioner should be better
