Lovely place. Highly recommended. Definitely would stay here when visit Odessa next time

No parking, gave contacts of someone to negotiate with them more expensive than promised, no way to stop by to bring things, the admin said to look for a place yourself. They settled us in another place, not where we booked. They cancelled the reservation for the 2nd day of stay - "you did not arrive", apparently so that they would not leave a review on Booking. A human anthill, a queue at the front door, a queue to exit the territory, small courtyards. It is not 200 meters to the sea. Check-in took more than an hour - they called and said everything is good, come, 30 minutes after the call, when they were in the front door they said there are no places. They gave 1 key for several people. Partial soundproofing - they gave earplugs. The floor is dirty and hair

I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel!!! Not only do the windows overlook the courtyard and you will hear everyone and everything, since you live on the second floor (for example, night idiots who decide to organize concerts under your windows at 00:30 and do not react to remarks), but the bonus is the hyper-thin walls! So thin that they put earplugs in the room!!!! You hear literally everything from the neighboring rooms! Therefore, sleeping in this hotel is a luxury, not a normal phenomenon. Lack of mosquito nets on the windows, although, let me remind you, you live on the second floor and various insects will fly to you on a regular basis. Lack of administrators in the morning (8:00), often during the day and at night. If something happens - call and ask them to come. This room is not a hotel, but simply rooms for a day and is definitely not worth your money! The only plus of this hotel is the staff, especially the maids, who are very nice and friendly.
