This is one of the most convenient hotels in the Atocha area, in itself very convenient to the best parts of Madrid. Art, history, gastronomy, and public transportation at your fingertips. Rooms are excellent. Quiet rooms available. Parking. Maria at the front desk offered professionalism and excellent communication in English and Spanish alike. She made a good stay great. Highly recommended.
From the moment we arrived the staff was very welcoming and accommodating to us with warm smiles, ensuring that someone was there to assist us with the bags and also offered us something to drink, especially after a hot summers day Madrid walking from the train station the water was much appreciated. Our room was clean, well laid out and I particularly loved its simple, yet modern design and decent size of the room for the price. Although this was just a brief visit the hotel staff's warmth truly stood out, especially just a little things like going to get us a bucket of ice on demand. I would also say this hotel offer a great value, especially for the size of the room. The price point was perfectly reasonable. Also, when we headed out for dinner, I really appreciated the hotels proximity to so many restaurants in major attractions around Madrid. It didn't take too long to get to Gran Via, which is my favorite street in Madrid. All of this to say, I'll definitely plan to return to this great city soon and now I'll add this hotel on my list for future visits.
A delightful part of the Hilton chain of hotels, with a boutique feel to it, and individual character. Positioned near a main transit station (but far enough away for it not to be noisy), and good bus links for getting around the city (quick, very cheap, and very easy bus and metro system in Madrid). I had a "penthouse" room on the top floor, very spacious and contemporary design, with a wonderful bath tub, mood lighting, separate shower cubicle and toilet. Coffee pod machine and kettle (but no milk 🤷♂️ for a English tea !!). Big king size bed, large TV, music system, clothes steamer(no iron - common in Spain), and a small hanging area for clothes, with a safe for valuables. Daily cleaning of the room (surprisingly uncommon these days). Traditional Spanish buffet breakfast, but cooked eggs (poached, fried, scrambled etc.) are available, you just need to ask. Warm friendly staff, good spoken English, and delightful reception and waiting area. Hotel was very clean and fresh. Good for business or romantic stay in Madrid.
