There is an airport shuttle service. The service staff is very friendly and the room is clean. It is highly recommended.
Nice hotel, close to the airport. There are several restaurants nearby. A good place if you have a long layover between flights.
There seems to be a shuttle when going from the airport if you speak well, but you won't be able to communicate if you're not fluent in Chinese, whether it's WeChat messages or phone calls. Don't waste time on WeChat and just grab a Didi from the underground exit section of the e-hailing terminal at the airport (Terminal 3). There are many Atour hotel branches around here, so be careful with the address. Only 1 out of 5 front desk staff can speak English. The hotel room is spacious, but the sink and bed sheets weren't very clean. The room is quiet, and the front desk will arrange the airport shuttle on the day of check-out. It's okay for one night, but it might not be great for more than two nights. Next time I transfer, I think I'll take the airport railroad straight to the city and stay there, since you can store your luggage (free or less than 10,000 won per night) at each terminal at the airport.
