The room is spacious, clean and comfortable to stay, the service here is the best, the staffs here is very helpful and thoughtful. Atour Hotel provide free washer and dryer, we like it so much, Shopping Mall is just a walking distance. Highly recommended to stay in Atour Hotel.
The room was spacious enough, well maintained and very comfortable to stay in. Amenities are also abundant. Having a free washer and dryer is also very helpful for long-term business travelers. It's a little difficult to access by public transportation, but there are plenty of shared rides, so it shouldn't be a problem. A large shopping mall is also within walking distance.
The hotel website said that it had a gym. When I asked the staff where the fitness center was they laughed at me and said it was under construction. They did not offer to help fix the situation. I left the conversation feeling humiliated and flustered. Their response to the situation was unprofessional and rude. The customer service is awful. Only book this place if you don't value customer service.
