Stayed here few times over the years. Always high standards met and maintained. Clean, professional staff, spotless rooms, spacious lobby and close proximity to mall make it a great overnight or longer accomodation option.
Have spent 1 night on 2 room, floor 9 due to school holiday last week. Nice reception and parking staff has accept us during night shift. minor on room maintenance, bathroom and some noices at night need to get attention by management.
Got smoking room. Try to ask to change the room but the hotel said is full.. Interesting that I visit this hotel was not holiday time I booked room together with my faculty, but I got smoking room.. So so disappointed with this hotel. Booked in same time, but all my friend got non smoking room..
