Atria Hotel Malang

I left a small bottle of vitamin in one of the meeting rooms on the 2nd floor. Hadn't realised it for quite a while. Then I contacted the hotel and one of the officers named Pak Deni texted me straight away. He found it and kept it safe until I arrived to get it. I was very grateful considering my vitamins for my age is very crucial, especially when I travel. Excellent service. And yes, the food was very good, and the presentation was impeccable!

Atria Hotel Malang offers a comfortable stay with spacious and cozy rooms. The bathroom is a bit cramped and lacks hooks for towels and clothes, which could be improved. On the bright side, the TV is excellent—internet-connected with very clear picture quality. The view from our room was quite nice, adding to the overall pleasant experience. During our stay, the swimming pool was under renovation, which might explain the relatively affordable rate. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, so can't comment on that. Parking is spacious and convenient. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in Malang with good value for money.

Very poor. Hotel under renovation. Building works underway 08:00am-06:00pm meaning noise and curtains closed. No assistance for lack of hot water on arrival in hotel room in the evening. No communication that all facilities including swimming pool would be closed when there was no mention of this at time of booking. No alternative suggested for access to other facilities nearby when a swimming pool was important. No help when needing to rearrange to another hotel. Created a disruption in our holiday.
