Rooms were good.. but some damp marks were there on wall, needs refurbishing. Overall hotel ambience was good. Pool location n view was good. That evening birds chirp was a delight! Peacock and many birds around- you’ll feel like a little oasis in between concrete jungle.

We had an amazing time at Atrio Hotel and Resort by Devam! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very warm and welcoming, and everything was well taken care of. We had a great pool party with my model friends — the vibe was perfect and the pool area was stunning. Overall, a fantastic experience. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to relax and have fun!

If there was something less than one star, i would give that for my experience at this place...Not at all value for money...while they charge you like 4-5 star hotel and market themselves as a luxury resort.. the stay experience is far from luxury...there are mosquitoes in the room with no repellent given...there are multiple things on the in-room dining menu..but half the things are not available... breakfast spread was sad to say the least...starts at 7.30 and you go at 8.30am- but most vessels are still empty...i landed up eating only potato wedges and then going out and eating..no choice to make when it comes to what to eat because hardly anything available....you order in-room dining..and they decide that they will not give it just because your breakfast is included..without even letting you know that they're not sending the food ..you keep sitting hungry expecting the in-room dining to come..the staff has no manners...one particular lady named Anjali... I'm not even sure what training she has received...arrogant to the say the least...i would forgive the difficult approach road if atleast within the property they could have provided the basic food and stay experience that they promise and charge you for...
