This hotel was a delightful experience! From the moment we arrived, receptionist Ελένη welcomed us with warmth and showed us around the hotel. Throughout our stay, the service was impeccable, and a mention must go to cheerful Κλαυδία who served us every morning with a smile. Other staff members were equally friendly. We left feeling welcomed and well-cared for – highly recommended! Ευχαριστώ για όλα!
Stayed here for the first time. Such a beautiful place. The staff are so friendly especially Heleni & Claudia. They took the time to talk to us and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.
To me, details are missing every where to be 4 stars. One simple example is that they give you 2 coffee capsules for 3 nights, no replacement, one welcome massage of 10min for 1 person (we are two), towels, bed sheets...need to be renewed. Over all the structure is there just need to watch after details. Still, it is a pretty good quality price hotel.
