The hotel is clean, quite and affordable. The staff are very cooperative kind and welcoming they gave us a price lower than online, even after the checkout they accept to keep our luggage with them until our flight. Breakfast is traditional and Halal food. Hotel location is near of the old city, view is also nice from the 4th floor.
I found the room to be small even after booking the more expensive option which was supposed to be bigger . Couldn’t get the tv to work , room key failed twice in one night and bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. Price was reasonable but overall very average hotel .
The rooms are decent, but the bathrooms have some issues— the hand flush wasn’t working. The food options are limited and may not appeal to everyone. Additionally, the AC doesn’t work properly, making the stay uncomfortable at times. The hotel has potential, but these issues need to be fixed for a better guest experience.
