Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas

We are a family of four and stayed at the Atrium Palace for one week in August 2025, booking two sea-view rooms. The hotel is beautifully situated above an excellent pebble beach. The facilities were impeccably clean, and our rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all expected amenities. The standout feature of our stay was the hotel staff. Despite the hotel being fully booked, they remained consistently friendly and efficient, often going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The food was delicious, and the entertainment was of high quality. We highly recommend the Premium All-Inclusive option, which gave us the flexibility to dine at various restaurants and even at other hotels within the same dining arrangement. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. A special thank you to Savvas, the PR Manager, and to all the staff—from the beach team to the reception—for making our stay so enjoyable.

We had a truly wonderful stay! From the very beginning, Gabriella took care of us with exceptional attention, starting even before our arrival. She helped us with email communication, transportation arrangements, and room assistance, ensuring everything was perfectly organized. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with thoughtful treats, and throughout our stay, Gabriella continued to accommodate us at every step—from breakfast to pool time, and dinners at the restaurants. A special thanks also goes to Tanya from Guest Relations, who was always kind and helpful, to Antonis, the Bar Manager, for his excellent service, and to the amazing spa team—we enjoyed six spa treatments! Traveling with little kids can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made it feel effortless. Their care and hospitality made our experience truly memorable.
