Atrium Panoramic Hotel & Spa

Total chaos... snow not cleaned up in time from access paths or parking, not enough staff, breakfast restaurant serviced by only one people, which speaks english not romanian, room service didn't visit our room and so on. Check in is not non stop, but until 23:30 and checkout is until 11:00. These are not said on booking.com page, but you find out only after you pay. Small tv badly working... Staff is pretty supportive and if you ask for something specific they help providing it, eg asked for a tea /coffee mug because room has only glasses and they provided two upon request.

Far away from a 4 stars hotel! Rooms are big and this is the only nice thing here. No air conditioner, no WiFi in the room, the pool is to small, jacuzzi is very dirty and nobody wants to clean it, the fitness is everything but not fitness, the restaurant closes earlier than its program (when the stuff decide to go home), the breakfast is poor. Definitely not a good choice!

What I liked about this hotel?! The quiet area neighborhood. What I disliked about this hotel?! Well take a sit it will take a while reading this! - spider webs hanging from the ceiling - hand's oil all over the door and windows - disgusting smell in elevators and all it didn't stop there - a wanna be pool with linoleum isolation - jacuzzi not starting from the button properly - the enterprise room smells horrible and has a ruined floor - very tall showershow - only one robe - two beds having each other mattresses united with another mattresses for a large bed...and as a result you will find a tall bed which squeaks ... - dust everywhere - disgusting staff - holes in the pillows - stains on the walls And we stayed in the valentine's weekend and we had a chance to stay with a group of 50 persons from Chisinau. Very loudly group and because of them the selection from the restaurant was very poor.
