I have visited so many times in this hotel and actually it's nice. Food, service, cleanliness, staff and prices also very nice. I like this place and definitely recommend to others. I like to add one staff member name Suhani, who newly joined is very helpful. You can see her always smiling and polite.

Apart from water seepage and loud music from 4th floor, we had a pretty good stay in a room with a good view. The food was good, be it breakfast or buffet dinner. The staff are very professional, helpful and quick with their service. Cars can be parked in the basement or out in front of the hotel. The restaurant on the terrace offers a very different ambience. Cash, card and UPI payments accepted here.

Good points: It’s located on a main road, and we were able to arrive from the airport without traffic. They are clean, and the breakfast is good. Most of the staff are friendly. Inside the hotel is quiet. Little disappointments: They didn’t allow an auto to pull up to the entrance. So, after a long day we came back to the hotel with a lot of stuff and children, and we were forced to get off an auto on the street and had to walk. Also, their lift wasn’t working one time, and I had to use the emergency stairs. But there was no sign, and workers were just hanging in the lobby. This is maybe an India thing because I see it at other hotels, but workers (especially young boys) were just sitting in the lobby sofas (these are for customers) and playing music or talking on the phone loudly, and no greetings, but they just stare at you especially in the evening through early morning. There is no feeling of hospitality, rather, it feels creepy inhospitable and unprofessional. But again, it happens in many Indian hotels.
