The hotel is lovely. Wow the pool is spectacular and very refreshing- a lovely place to relax after time spent on the busy streets. Breakfast is really top notch, with plenty of choice and variety, both Vietnamese and European choices. We experienced wonderful service except for an issue where we were directed to a bar next door where we were immediately grabbed by a bunch of girls that were clearly there to empty our wallets. It was thoroughly unpleasant and we are very uncertain why this bar was recommended by the hotel. The location is good with many attractions nearby. We would rate the hotel highly recommended.
What a great place. The hotel is in a perfect location near to the main strip. As soon as we arrived, Tommy looked after us and made us feel very welcome. What a legend! The afternoon tea was a lovely surprise, we didn't even know this was included. The pool was fantastic and all the facilities are spot on. It was the best hotel I stayed in during my 2 week trip to Vietnam and I want to thank them for such an amazing stay!
Edit : Frustrating start, but a respectful recovery We booked and prepaid a twin room for three nights, arriving late at night, only to be told that no twin was available and we’d have to share a small double bed. It wasn’t ideal, but we agreed — assuming it would just be for the first night. Unfortunately, the situation dragged on. The next day, no twin was available again, and we had to move rooms multiple times. After over an hour of insisting at the reception, they finally arranged a basic twin room — no upgrade, no real apology, just stress and wasted time. To their credit, the staff made some effort to make up for it: we received three complimentary cocktails, a free airport taxi for my friend, and a taxi to my next hotel for me. They also offered me a deal to keep the room longer, but it was too expensive to accept on my own. It’s clear that we were just unlucky — this doesn’t seem to be a common issue here. The hotel itself is very clean, the service is generally good, and the rooftop pool and bar are amazing — easily one of the highlights. It’s a shame our stay was overshadowed by the initial chaos, especially since it disrupted our short time in Ho Chi Minh City. I lost sleep and energy dealing with a situation that could have been avoided. Still, I appreciate the manager’s professionalism and attitude — calm, responsive, and helpful throughout. If you’re lucky enough to avoid the kind of issue we faced, you’ll likely have a great stay here.
