Really enjoyed my stay here for just one night. Negative: I waited to Checkin for about 10 minutes because another guest arrived at the same time, and there was only one staff. Positive: The rooms are spacious, the ceilings are tall, and it’s fun to soak in the history of the vault and wide open dining room. The bed was a bit firm, but I would definitely stay again. I loved the self serve bar lounge!! Beer, white and red wine, whiskies, spirits and soft drinks. Would be nice to have some peanuts or snacks, too.
Staff was very helpful and patient. The room was basic but suited us really well. The breakfast was incredible. They went out of their way to make it delicious.
Wanna lunch there but too late they ended lunch menu at 2pm. Nice experience for tea set as people for lunch all left but only 2 of us for tea, like we booked the whole restaurant. This curise Tea set with sweets and cakes in small portion are good enough for coffee. We would like to book a table for dinner but it was fully booked. Suggest to book in advance.
