Wanted a place close to the cruise port with amenities. The staff were so kind to us from the start. Our luggage was lost for two days, but the front desk staff stayed in contact with the airlines constantly. Access to the athletic club was golden! We took advantage of the gym, sauna, pool, and harbor views multiple times a day. The hotel is walking distance to just about anything you could need.

Room was nice, clean, if a tiny bit worn. Staff were nice as well. Good location, near the water and skytrain. This building is unique bc in addition to being a hotel, it is also residential. This was a little bit unfortunate bc it means they're very strict with the pool and gym. I wanted to have a local friend over with her little one to have some fun in the pool, and in order to do this it was going to be $50 extra per person. There is also no business centre. I needed a few things printed, which the front desk kindly did for me, but I was charged for it which they didn't mention when I made the request. Overall I do recommend it! Just some small things to be aware of.

I'd pass on this one. Yes, it is close to the cruise terminal (literally like a block away), and yes it does have amazing views from the suites... but that's about it. We paid a decent amount (close to $700) for one of the suites and were less than impressed. The walls were damaged, the couches worn (which means dirty because you can't clean damaged), and our check in staff that night were less than involved. The pull out sofa bed in the suite only had sheets and a grandma blanket with only 1 pillow hidden in a drawer. My wife went down for blankets and the front desk evidently couldn't be bother to look up from his phone to help. The morning staff were very friendly to note. So skip this "Boutique " hotel and stay at one of the other many accessible and cheaper hotels. Won't be returning .
