We stayed here 2 weeks so I will try to give a fair review as I've seen a lot of the other ratings are fake. Staff is nice and prompt to help. The only complain I have is that they asked me to pay 120 reals for 3 hours late checkout. After 2 week they could have waived that fee. They clean the room daily and change the towels when we leave them on the floor. They provide soap and 2 shampoo bags daily. The bathroom lacks windows or ventilation which is a bit of a problem The water is always hot however the shower head is fixed to the wall which I absolutly hate for obvious reasons. During our stay one guest had all his stuff stolen from his room and he called the police ( not sure about the resolution but this is unacceptable for a hotel). There is a small vault inside the room to secure valuables but a laptop will not fit. Breakfast is quite basic and 95% the same every single day. By the end of the 2 weeks we were sick of it. It would be fantastic if they could add some vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers etc. and change the same omlette with boiled eggs or sunny side up eggs. The rooms are clean and they change the bed sheets quite often. AC unit is very old and extremly loud - we never used it because it was winter time. Wifi works decent but not suitable for remote work. Proximity to the beach, metro station, restaurants and shops is great. They only have one elevator for customers but it is ok most of the time. The pool was very dirty and the sauna facilities look quite rundown so we never used them. This hotel was good maybe 20-30 years ago but now some of the facilities need imediat replacement. Overall it's not a good value for money and considering the risk of having all of our valuables stole it's quite a rip off.

Stay away from this place. The worst!! In all my years of traveling the world and 27 countries this is the worst. Looks like it was built in 1970 and never updated from then. Even the bedsheets. We had bedbugs and they refused to change our room. Breakfast was something you give a hospital patient. Staff is rude and not helpful. Wifi is horrible. The toilet sink keeps clogging. No smart tv.
