The room was quite old, but the front desk service made a great impression. It's easy to access the city center from this location. The mini bar is affordable for anyone looking to grab a cold drink, although there aren't many options available. I will definitely come back next time!

Don’t know where to start but it’s definitely more like a motel. We left after 2 hours and booked a new hotel instead. The room we got was horrendous. The tv, if I can even call it that by the tiny size and the fact it would not work. The bathroom was not only bad looking but not clean. No AC either so if you’re there in the summer (don’t). Honestly it’s just such a bad hotel. Such a scam. The girls that worked there were sweet tho.

I booked a room here over a month in advance. Four days before the check in date the hotel “tried” to charge my credit card. I say “tried” because I did not get any notification from my bank that someone was trying to charge it. I only got the notification from booking that hotel claims that the card was declined. I checked and it couldn’t have been my bank’s fault - the balance was enough, cc data was correct, settings also allowed such payments, in the past there were never any issues with such payments via booking. I updated the cc data to another card, they “tried” charging this one as well, again declined on booking, no notification from my other bank. I tried contacting the hotel to resolve this issue - to pay in some other way if possible, or at least I wanted to find out if they are going to cancel my reservation or not. I messaged them multiple times via booking - they ignored me. I emailed them. No response. Then I tried calling multiple times, 9 to be exact. They did not pick up once. Finally I contacted the booking.com customer service. They tried contacting the hotel as well, again weren’t able to reach them. Finally, after a few hours I got a notification that my reservation was cancelled by the hotel. Less than 48 hours before the supposed checkin I have to find another hotel despite purposefully having planned everything in advance. Honestly, it is completely unthinkable that a hotel (of any standard!) can behave this way. It’s not even about cancellation itself but the complete lack of response. Completely unacceptable. I attach receipts so that they cannot claim that it was some other service’s fault and they have never had such reservation under my name, like they did in the reply to the similar review posted a month ago. Same issue, cannot be a coincidence.
