We stayed at this Hotel from 05/09/2017 for 7 nights. Manuela on reception was extremely helpful and friendly. All other staff were brilliant. The room was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. We liked the breakfast being available from 7am until 10.30am - this gave us flexibility with planning our days. Breakfast itself was good with plenty of choice. Wifi worked perfectly well throughout our stay, no problem with dropping as others have previously mentioned. The only reason I have not given the full 5 stars is that although the Hotel is right beside Vesuvius there is no transport provided by the Hotel. We had to make our own way there. This was ok with us but I believe it would be advantageous to the Hotel bookings if they could consider setting up some transport. Having said that- we would definitely return/recommend this Hotel. Well done to all the Staff 👍🏻.
Bit dated and we had to keep our room curtain drawn as it was quite overlooked. I'm sure the town is more lively in summer! Good continental breakfast and lovely staff
The worst hotel ever. Don't stary here. Disgusting, dirty - mold in the shower.
