Aulus Chania Resort Curio Collection by Hilton

My family and I just spent two beautiful weeks at this establishment, and I wanted to share our overwhelmingly positive experience. We truly found it to be a paradise and have not one negative thing to say. The location is incredible, perched on a hill overlooking the sea, providing stunning views throughout the day. The hotel's facilities are great, including three pools with perfectly temperate water, ample sunbeds for all guests, a gorgeous terrace overlooking the pool area and the sea, a convenient pool bar, a very well-equipped gym, and a beautiful spa. We thoroughly enjoyed a few treatments and even purchased some of their lovely local products. Our King Deluxe room was spacious, pretty, and offered a magnificent sea view. Above all, the general manager and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would like to specifically commend Mari, the concierge, who was absolutely brilliant and always available. She provided us with invaluable advice on restaurants and sightseeing and efficiently handled our restaurant and taxi reservations. I personally cannot understand the negative reviews some people have left about this place. I can only assume that some individuals are frustrated and prefer to complain online rather than communicate with the very available staff. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We will definitely come back!

Our stay at Isla Brown Chania was simply wonderful. The resort is beautifully designed, with great attention to every detail. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. We arrived after 2 AM due to flight delays, and the receptionist welcomed us with a smile. Even though all the restaurants were already closed, he didn’t hesitate to prepare us a generous plate of food — a gesture we truly appreciated. The evening bar staff were skilled, friendly, and always professional. The General Manager was always present and kind to all the guests. Knowing we had a late flight, he kindly allowed us to keep our room for several extra hours after check-out. The pool is stunning, the room was beautiful, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. And among the most adorable guests… the sweet island kittens! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this stay so special.

just had a really wonderful stay at Isla Brown. The location is fantastic, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the staff is incredibly helpful. a few notable call-outs -the shuttle that runs to the beaches and town was incredibly helpful and appreciated. I didn't see it mentioned on the website when booking or doing research, so it was a welcome surprise. -upon check-in we were walked through a packet of restaurant and local attraction suggestions. It was a very helpful touch -The concierge, Mary, made us a wonderful dinner reservation. She clearly has strong relationships in town, they brought us a complimentary dessert and mentioned her name at the end of the meal. -the sunset from the hotel is just absolutely incredible. worth it to just stick around and watch some evenings. -the pool area is beautiful and we actually opted to spend most of our time there rather than the beaches. two small pieces of feedback -the food at the pool was fantastic, it is a fairly light menu, a few additional options would have been appreciated. -the coffee machine at the buffet could use an upgrade to be of the same high quality as the rest of the buffet. we're already looking to return. thanks for a wonderful stay!
