My husband and I spent 5 nights at Lindian Village for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine and a sweet note in our room, such a nice touch! The resort is stunning, quiet walkways, gardens, flowing water, and beautiful architecture that blends in with the surroundings. It’s peaceful and feels very private, which was exactly what we were hoping for. We booked a River Passage Pool Suite, and it was perfect. The room was elegant, super clean, and the private pool made it feel like our own little paradise. Most days we just stayed around the pool or went to the beach, which is lovely and never too crowded. The food was excellent, we especially loved the Asian restaurant. The staff were attentive without being too much, and always had a smile on their face. Every evening felt like a special experience. What we appreciated most was the calm energy of the place. No loud music, no stress, just peace, comfort, and really good service. It was exactly the kind of romantic escape we needed after the wedding. We’re already talking about coming back for our anniversary. Truly a special place.
I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly polite, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. The hotel itself is stunning – beautifully designed common areas, spotless cleanliness everywhere, and a very calm, relaxing atmosphere. My room was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean, with every detail carefully thought out to make guests feel at home. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Whether it was the comfort of the room, the excellent service, or the overall ambiance of the hotel, everything was flawless. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable stay. I will definitely be returning!
The resort has a beautiful layout, it looks like a small village. However, you can clearly see two different parts: one with new houses and another with older ones, with textured walls that have been renovated inside but still don’t look nice on the outside. What this hotel really lacks is good overall service. The buffet has very little variety, even though the quality of the food is good. It’s unacceptable in a 5-star hotel to see trolleys full of dirty dishes and food scraps everywhere, without the courtesy of keeping them out of sight from guests while they are eating. The à la carte restaurants offer much better service and attention, which in my opinion should also apply to the buffet. The beach is convenient, but it feels neglected: loungers are not properly cleaned, leftover food and drinks are not picked up often, and there is no waiter service on the beach, only by the pool. This means you have to get up, order your own drinks, and carry them back to your lounger. On the positive side, the bars that serve cocktails and drinks are excellent—I’d give them a 10/10. Reception service was disappointing. I asked two days in a row for shower gel and a working hairdryer, and I’m still waiting. When we checked out, the front desk manager (as indicated on her badge) didn’t ask us anything—not if we enjoyed our stay, not even a simple “have a good trip.” Nothing at all. To sum up: the structure is nice, but it needs a lot of improvement to truly be a 5-star hotel. And considering the price was far from cheap, we ended up paying for a 5-star stay but received the service and treatment of a 3-4 star hotel
