I stayed at AurA City Hotel for a week during my work trip in Perm, and I was thoroughly impressed. The breakfast each morning was consistently delicious, and the staff were always warm, welcoming, and helpful. On my last day, there was a hiccup with my airport transfer arranged by my company—it didn’t show up. Since I don’t speak any Russian, the receptionist kindly stepped in, coordinated with my travel manager, and quickly arranged a taxi for me. She even walked me out to make sure everything was in order before I left. That level of care and hospitality truly meant a lot to me, and I’m very grateful. Highly recommended!
It was absolutely gorgeous experience! Room 404 and 507. We are take one day and next day I decided to stay more, cos wanna more to see and more explore. So, rooms! Clean! The most important things ✨️, for real ! Definitely after all guests, staff do amazing job. Lobby Bar! Lovely place! Delicious tea and candy! Staff!!! Most important. The staff is ignorant and unprofessional. A taxi ride was cancelled by a guest a day in advance and the hotel forgot to book a new taxi. Apart from that small mistake they even dared to see it fit to mention the taxi costs that had to be paid for the already cancelled taxi. And it seems that the staff does not care about the do not disturb sign. As the room is gone through every day, so don't leave your valuables lying around in plain sight. Not friendly staff. Should learn some more about how to behave themselves with guests.
