The rooms were excellent. spacious, neat, and well-maintained. The cleanliness and attention to detail truly stood out. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, being very close to Lulu Mall, which made shopping and dining extremely convenient. A great place to stay for both comfort and accessibility.
The overall experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the price. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like the photos. Basic safety and hygiene standards were completely ignored. Staff were rude and unhelpful, making the stay even worse. I strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.
If dont want to spoil your vacation please dont stay here. Pathetic experience. 1) no parking - there parking is far away from hotel and there is no proper guidance or its no where mentioned.no security no one to carry your luggage.also we cant stop our vehicle in front of the hotel due to heavy traffic block 2) un cleaned room - the room we got was smelling like public toilet also the bedsheets where years old and un cleaned. 3) there is no proper management or professionalism in the staffs behaviour also They shows 4 star rating but don't fall for it even 2star hotels are better than this.
