I arrived almost four hours before check-in time, and after just a 10-minute wait, I was able to get my room without any extra charge, which was a very positive experience. The staff were kind and helpful, and on the last day, they stored my luggage free of charge until my flight. I would gladly stay here again. What might be disturbing for some—though it didn’t bother me—is that you can hear the metro at night, but it’s not loud at all. The design and furniture are a bit old-fashioned, but everything is clean and well-maintained—we actually really liked it. The neighborhood is nice, and all public transport options are nearby.
The location of this hotel is very good as Milano Centrale and metro station are extremely close to the hotel and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. Right next door to the left, there is a good pizza restaurant and a little bit more to the right, there is a café that serves good drinks, pastries, and sandwiches. The service at the hotel was good and the breakfast also had a wide selection. The staff are very helpful and everything is well furnished. The rooms are also very nice and spacious. The bathroom is also very clean and very spacious and there is a jacuzzi and shower. At the time that my family was staying there, the air conditioning was broken and the room was very hot but other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The hotel was an excellent location for Milan Central Station only 150 yards away. Great for an early morning start. The reception staff were efficient but not friendly Breakfast was not included. Very basic choice of items compared to other hotels we stayed in. You could really hear the metro trains running underneath the hotel, but it did not disturb our sleep. Rooms were very 80s retro, including the bathroom, which had a shower curtain ain't seen one of them in a long time. Very clean, though.
