I recently celebrated my wife's birthday at Aurika, Udaipur, and I must say, the experience was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel truly special. The hotel went out of its way to make the occasion memorable with a complimentary birthday cake and a beautifully done small room decoration. It was such a thoughtful gesture and added a personal touch to our stay that I’ll always remember. The property itself is stunning—peaceful, elegant, and tastefully designed. The food was outstanding, with every dish full of authentic flavor and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the dining experience was top-notch. But what really sets Aurika apart is their hospitality. The staff was courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring. They ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay, which made the entire celebration feel even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion in Udaipur or simply enjoy a luxurious getaway. Aurika knows how to make you feel pampered!

My husband and I spent four days and three nights here for vacation and an advance wedding celebration. They were very generous in giving us a warm welcome, upgrading our room, and complimenting us with room decorations and a large chocolate cake, which was a lovely gesture. The staff was very warm, welcoming, attentive to our needs, and easy to communicate with. We appreciate how flexible they are with our requests in most cases while we’re there. The room was spacious, with great toiletries, a fantastic view, and great facilities, too. The food is rich in options, with the majority being local dishes and some Western, but overall, we’re pretty satisfied with what we can get and what they can offer. We want to give a massive compliment to Sherwin, who helped us throughout our stay. He exceeded our expectations. Overall, we had a fantastic experience checking in and out. The service is a massive plus in this 5-star hotel. We will come back here when we revisit Udaipur, and we're delighted to recommend that people stay here, too. Thank you for your hospitality!

Extremely disappointing experience! The service at this property is shockingly poor, especially for the exorbitant tariff they charge. The location and amenities simply don’t justify the price. From reception to housekeeping, the staff seem trained only to negate every request rather than assist guests. Housekeeping and overall maintenance are substandard at best. A big NO-GO if you are looking for comfort and value for money. I will always recommend trusted brands like Taj, Trident, or Marriott over Lemon Tree if you truly want luxury and professional service.
