I loved the location! The staff could improve but they were responsible! They could add uniforms,windowns. They could be the best hotel if they just added tiny tiny details and changes
The hotel has a good location. It has the potential to be a good hotel. But the service is very poor. We asked several times for the children's room to be cleaned, but no one cleaned it for 5 days. The rooms and the area around the pool were also not cleaned regularly.
Staff is rude and condescending. Food is over priced. Certain groups are treated better than others. Property is in decay. Sauna does not work. Other restaurants and bars are much more friendly. Mice were spotted on patio.
