We liked the staff the most. At the reception we were met by a very pleasant administrator Oksana, who speaks several languages. She showed us to the room, showed us everything we needed, and also gave us a lot of useful tips for our stay in Milan. We are very grateful to Ms. Oksana for her wonderful tips and advice. They were very useful to us. There is a public transport stop nearby: 15-20 minutes. and you are in the city center.

Hotel deserves 1 star but the rooms were not bad with a nice view but customer service was a disaster, and the water for bathing was hot for about 5 mins then turned cold. Come here if you want decent living, but u can’t do anything online within the rooms as the WiFi averaged a 4.5 mbps leading to nothing online being able to be done and you would have to use your own mobile data to do any bookings. Overall the hotel isn’t too bad but could be better by a lot of different ways. P.S late check ins are rigid and can’t change. So check your flight time before hand.

Terrible experience! The staff doesn’t answered my calls, so I couldn’t check in. Then they charged me a fee and didn’t refund my money. I had to find another hotel late at night. They don’t respond at all — total scammers!!! Never book this place!!!!
