I really enjoyed my room, wish I had stayed at this hotel and in Florence for longer. Very secure luggage storage after checkout. Breakfast was delicious and has a nice view, I like that you sign up for a time for breakfast

A very bad experience. The room for four people was so small we couldn’t even open our suitcases. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room even after several hours. The furniture was in terrible condition, everything was dirty, there was a strong bad smell, and the bathroom had visible mold. It was simply not a place we could stay in and this is not a 4 stars hotel. The staff was friendly and did try to help by moving us to another room, but sadly, the second room was just as bad or worse. They made an effort, but the hotel overall is in very poor condition. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel that same night. This place looks nothing like the photos, and I don’t understand how it has good reviews. The only positives: the staff was nice, and the area. But unfortunately, that’s not enough to make up for everything else. Do not recommend.

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent — close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the train station. The staff is also very friendly. Cons: This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. The bathroom is extremely small, there's no handheld showerhead, and towels are only changed if you specifically ask for it. There's not even a box of tissues provided. The walls and windows are poorly insulated — at night, we could hear people talking loudly in the street. I could even hear the person in the next room snoring and their alarm going off in the morning. Overall, the hotel is far too expensive for the level of service it provides.
