Aurum Uffizi

The hotel is in a great location! Close to a bustling district with restaurants, cafes, and bars. Rooms are a bit lacking (some mold in the shower for example) but not bad overall. Decent breakfast but nothing super exciting.

Firstly, the location was nice. Fairly close to the river. The rooms are on the small side. The breakfast is also very underwhelming. Small selection. Very loud as there is a busy alley next to the rooms. I would stay here again, but just know that it might not be the most comfortable stay.

Arrived at the hotel and did not have the rooms I paid for ready. They gave us other rooms which meant family had to be split up. We had no AC, in the summer with humidity. fridge not working, phone not working. MOLD in the room. When I asked for help they said no one able to it’s a Sunday. I asked for a refund because we were not able to stay there. Instead of helping they did nothing I had to pay another uber van and find a new hotel at the last minute for 7 people. Here is one of the pics of the mold. Sink clogged Unfortunately we can’t take a picture of the ac not blowing cool air and us suffering in the heat and humidity of those rooms. We have video and other pics if you would like to contact me. Our stay was supposed to start on August 4th,2024 for 3 nights but we left same day. There was no reason for us to inconvenience ourselves to look for a new place if this hotel wasn’t so unbearable to stay at. We asked for a refund and all your company cares about is taking our money. Your front desk worker knows all about all our issues. He came up after I had to go down 10x because the phone didn’t work. To answer your question it long to write this review because we were waiting for a refund. But you crooks kept it. Picture on the left has mold right in front of you. Your front desk only told us they can’t do anything. I asked to be called or emailed and you guys did none of that
