Amazing fitness center with equipment I haven’t seen at other hotel gyms; the functional trainer even has a lift for step ups. One of the best hotel gyms I’ve been to They have coffee you’d find at local coffee places and a Starbucks . There is also room service and restaurant downstairs. M club was great with beer and wine selections Parking lot is convenient for those that don’t like to deal with valet . Easy access to highways Rooms are big. Newly renovated. Shower has waterfall and hose attachment. Smart TV with streaming apps . Bath robe in room (important perk for me) Will definitely come stay here all the time for business. I’m sure other hotels are poppin downtown, but this offers a different kind of convenience and comfort as someone who travels a lot for business on a busy schedule. They make the experience staying away from home less stressful
Perfect location for traveling. The rooms are nicely updated and spacious. The service is slow, but good(seems to be short-staffed). There is a restaurant on-site. I would stay here again and that means a lot. I am extremely picky about hotels and cleanliness.
I stayed at this location over the past weekend and I was very impressed. I first selected this hotel because of its convenient location and affordable price. The hotel had quick access to I-35 and was less than 15 minutes from downtown Austin. The rooms were renovated well and the gym offered multiple different machinery to use. The best aspect of my stay was the incredible service I was offered. Unfortunately, on my first night I had an experience with rowdy neighbors. Guven at the front desk quickly made accommodations so I would have a different room. He handled the situation both kindly and professionally. In addition, Dillon and Kevin at the hotel bar were very hospitable and excellent conversationists. I appreciated the comfort and safety I felt during my visit, especially being a young, solo female traveler. I will definitely return to stay in this hotel in my next trip to Austin!
