Australia Park Motel

We stopped for an overnight stay in room 9, yes we choose the hotel for its low price and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanness and layout of the room. Decent size, with small kitchenette, good size bathroom with an awesome shower pressure wise and heat. But the room, old fashion decor that really suited the room, couch to watch TV ( ok you had to move it a little) good soft / medium bed and I do prefer a harder mattress but the mattress here was soft and comfy, boy did we sleep well. Overall a decent hotel overall

Jenny looked after us here. She was very helpful and made our stay comfortable and easy, going above and beyond and caring, actually asking what we needed. Excellent customer service!

This is our 2nd stay, this time in room 19 ( second level ). Let's say both my partner are over the Generic hotel and find the Decor here dated 1980's but lovely. We were late arriving and received a call as to when we were to check in, the lovely lady waited for us to arrive and was super friendly. The room yes is dated but has character and large. Decent size bathroom and great size room with comfortable sofa and to my partner delight and recliner chair. Bed was soft but comfortable and for once a decent pillow. Kitchenette was not made to cook a 3 course meal, but basic with the usual sink , fridge and microwave But a dinner table was a nice touch. Down side. Lack of power points by the bed ( omg world ending I know ) plenty by the desk. Pool was dirty but in winter who needs a pool. Noisy pipes or neighbouring shower ( few good wines help ) but please have matching glasses, or if you enjoy his & her glasses no issues. The noise didn't last long Overall I would stay here 3rd time as it's close to town city, we love the staff and the room was clean.
