We stayed in one of the luxury suites on level 4 and it was absolutely beautiful. Home away from home. From the style to the comfort to the placing of cutlery in the draws the luxury of choosing your pillow. I can not highly recommend enough with booking and staying at Zara Tower. The staff are exceptional and so very helpful with any request. Especially with local knowledge. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Zara Towers for your 5star hospitality.
We have just spent a week at Zara Tower. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable and the location is fantastic with everything you could need within a short walking distance, trams, dining, bars, train station and shops. The reception staff are so welcoming and friendly and happy to help with anything you need. This is my second time staying and won't be the last! Shout out to the cleaning staff who do an amazing job freshening the room each day.
The room I stayed in was in great condition and very tidy. It also had a nice balcony, perfect for relaxing. The staff member, Deep, provided excellent service when I requested a microwave and an extra fork. The only downside was that the bathroom light was quite dark, which was a bit inconvenient. Almost great for staying👍
