Austria Classic Hotel Hölle

Now we can say we've stayed in Hell, and it was comfortable and delicious. We found Hotel Hölle out of necessity, our other hotel lost our booking. Thankfully Hotel Hölle had open rooms. The hotel staff is excellent; helpful, thoughtful, and pleasant. The dinner is delicious, the Lucifer Burger is delicious and I highly recommend it. The room was cozy, it also had a working AC which kept our room comfortable. The location is right between 2 busstops that are very convenient. The breakfast was buffet was the only lackluster experience. It was in a rather small part of the dining room, and if you're not there early, it gets picked through pretty rapidly. Otherwise, our stay was excellent and I would recommend anyone staying in Salzburg to try this hotel.

It is a beautiful place. It’s my third visit to Salzburg and staying at Gastof for the second time. Located a little further away from the city than I would want but the place is done tastefully. Not supremely happy with the room that me and my wife stayed in. It was smaller than the other rooms on the same floor and paid full price for it. The breakfast spread is quite lavish and the staff is friendly. All in all I would definitely items recommend this place. But yes, do ensure you get good rooms for the price you pay.

The big plus of this hotel is the location. It’s close to the public transport to go to the city center of Salzburg. The breakfast is ok, but it would be practical to have a cold water pot after making your hard boiled egg…. The room itself is nice, you have space, bathtub BUT in summer being in the room on the second floor could be challenging. There is AC but still the room is very very hot….Also a water cooker would be nice to have some tea. It is a little bit expensive for the service you have but still a nice place to stay that I would recommend
