Amelie at the front desk for her wonderful help! She was incredibly professional and kind, and went out of her way to assist our family and children. Thanks to her support, we didn’t have to run around looking for a print shop — it really made things much easier for us. We’re truly grateful!

We stayed here for 3 nights - 3 people, aged 18 - and what started as a pleasant experience, turned sour when our room became infested with flying ants in the evening of our 2nd night. Our concerns were ignored and laughed at by the staff members and after being told to wait for over an hour with the promise of a new room, we were told no room was available for 3 people at 23:45. Instead we were supplied with bug spray and no one to assist us with it. This is shocking for a supposed 4 star hotel and what could be a genuine concern for other guests in that hotel was placated with free breakfast on one of the mornings. If you enjoy the dulcet tones of buzzing at night and ants in your bed, this is your perfect hotel.

Not very good value. Not great to see outside but inside is worse. Room was hot and and only had an old noisy air con that did not cool at all kept me awake all night with its loud fan but I could not turn it off using the wall controller. Complained about that to staff who managed to turn it off . Would have given it a better rating for Service for that, but for the faxt that then the phone started chirping the next afternoon saying I had message and to ring reception. I did and they said there was no message. But the phone continued to chirp every few seconds. I called again with sane response so they said they would send someone up. After an hour no one came, so I went down to reception and had a rude member of staff on the desk say so what effectively. I left expecting them to sort it and returning at 11pm it was still chirping. I then had the idea to unplug phone. Would 6 stay again
